The City Clerk is the official Custodian of Records for the City of Marshfield.  Copies of documents that are open records can be obtained by written request.  Requests for documents must be clear and concise descriptions of the document you are requesting.  Only documents that are open record and retained documents are available upon request.  You may email, fax, or mail your request, or you may click here to download a Sunshine Law Request. 

 

The City of Marshfield requires that businesses within the City limits of Marshfield obtain a Business License annually.  The cost of the license is $18.00 and is valid from January 1 to December 31.  Please click here to download a Business License Application.

 

The City of Marshfield requires a Liquor License for each establishment that sells liquor within the City.  Liquor Licenses are valid from July 1 to June 30 each year.  All applicants must be approved by the Board of Aldermen.  You may visit our site under the Municipal Code Book, Business and Occupation Section to view the requirements and fees for licenses.  Please click here to download a Liquor License Application.
