Hours, Fees, & Season Passes


The Dr. Tommy Macdonnell Aquatic Center is set to open for the 2024 season on Saturday, May 25th and will be open till Labor Day.

*Children 10 years of age and under must be accompanied and directly supervised by an adult.

Open Swim Hours

  • Monday-Saturday  12pm-6pm
  • Sunday                     1pm-6pm

Night Swim Hours

Starting June 1st

  • Monday, Friday, and Saturday 6pm-10pm

Tot Swim Hours

Tot swim is open from 10:30am to 12pm on the dates listed. Click here for more details.

Daily Admission Fees

Daily Pass: $5 a person

Senior Pass (60+): $3 a person

Ages 2 and under: Free

Active military member: Free, with proof of ID

Please note all card purchases are subject to a 3% fee on each transaction.


Season Passes

Individual: $60

Family: $170 (family of 3), $30 each additional family member living in the same household address.

Where to buy passes

  • In person at the Parks Department, 798 S. Marshall St. Located on the east side of City Hall
  • At the Dr. Tommy Macdonnell Aquatics Center, 1490 N. Elm St., starting May 25th. Buy your passes at the pool and get your picture taken.
  • Online: Click here
    • Pictures for each pass purchase must be submitted via email to the Parks Department.

Where to pick up passes
Completed passes can be picked up at the Parks Department until 5/25/24.

  • Bought at the pool or online you will pick up your passes at the pool. 
    • Please allow 2 full business days before passes are ready for pickup
  • Bought in the Marshfield Parks Department, you will walk out with passes that day.

Weather information

Weather Policy

The Parks Department may close the pool, delay opening, or open late due to inclement weather and/or thunder and lightning.  Notification will be made on Facebook. This notification will include when the pool will be closed and if the closure will effect aquatic programs for that day.
